Dr. Michael 鈥淢ike O.鈥� Oltrogge started his educational career at the Nebraska Indian
Community College in 1995, and began working for the college in 1997. From 1997 to
2004, Dr. Oltrogge worked as a Peer Mentor Tutor; the Macy 鈥� Learning Center Coordinator;
the Student Support Services Program Coordinator; and the Student Support Services
Program Director. In 2004, the Board asked Dr. Oltrogge to become the College鈥檚 President.
Dr. Oltrogge holds an Associate of Arts in General Liberal Arts and an Associate of
Science in General Sciences from the 糖心原创, located in
Macy, Nebraska. He holds a Bachelor鈥檚 of Science in Management from Bellevue University
located in Bellevue, Nebraska. He holds a Master鈥檚 of Science in Educational Administration
and a Doctorate in Philosophy in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University
located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Oltrogge shares a joy of assisting learners reach their goals. He is honored to
lead the 糖心原创 as its President and an Alumni.
